Definitions

When these Terms use the following terms, here is what they mean throughout the document.

Acceptance of Terms

By registering an account on SVIP Slots, making a deposit, placing a bet, or using any feature of the platform, you confirm that you have read these Terms and Conditions in full and agree to be bound by them. You also confirm that you meet the eligibility requirements set out in Section 4.

Your acceptance is a legal agreement between you and SVIP Slots. It takes effect from the moment you create your account and remains in force for the entire duration of your use of the platform, including after any account closure until all pending transactions have been resolved.

These Terms are written in English as used in Pakistan. In the event of any ambiguity, the plain and ordinary meaning of words as understood by a Pakistani English reader applies. These Terms are not governed by, and do not incorporate, any foreign law standard unless explicitly stated.

Account Registration

Each individual is permitted to hold only one account on SVIP Slots. Opening, or attempting to open, multiple accounts is a violation of these Terms and will result in suspension of all accounts associated with the same individual, device, household, or payment method.

• You must provide a valid, active Pakistani mobile number during registration. This number will be your primary account identifier.
• Your name, date of birth, and contact details must be accurate and belong to you personally. SVIP Slots may ask you to verify this information at any time.
• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials — username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes — secure and confidential. SVIP Slots will not be liable for unauthorised access resulting from your failure to protect your credentials.
• You must notify SVIP Slots immediately if you believe your account has been accessed without your permission by contacting support via live chat or email.
• Account registration is free. SVIP Slots does not charge a fee to create or maintain an account.

SVIP Slots reserves the right to request identity verification (KYC) at any stage of your account lifecycle — at registration, before processing withdrawals, or at any point where suspicious activity is detected. Required documents typically include a copy of your CNIC and proof of your payment method. Failure to complete KYC within the requested timeframe may result in account restriction.

Eligibility

To register and use SVIP Slots you must meet all of the following conditions at the time of registration and throughout your use of the platform:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. SVIP Slots does not permit access to anyone under the age of 18 under any circumstances.
• You must be accessing the platform from Pakistan or be a Pakistani national accessing the platform from abroad.
• You must be opening the account for your own personal use. Corporate accounts or accounts opened on behalf of another person are not permitted.

• You must not have been previously excluded, self-excluded, or banned from SVIP Slots. A previously banned player who re-registers under a new identity is in violation of these Terms.

Betting Rules

The following rules apply to all sports and esports bets placed on SVIP Slots, including pre-match, live in-play, and outright markets.

• The minimum bet on SVIP Slots is Rs 50. The maximum bet per market varies by sport, event, and market type, and is displayed at the point of placing the bet.
• A bet is confirmed only when you receive an on-screen confirmation and the bet reference number is assigned. Bets that do not receive a reference number have not been accepted.
• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or amended unless the cash-out option is available and you choose to exercise it before the event concludes.
• SVIP Slots reserves the right to void any bet placed at an odds price that was published in error due to a system fault, data feed error, or human mistake. In such cases, the staked amount will be returned to your balance.
• If an event is abandoned, postponed, or cancelled, bets will be settled according to the specific rules for that sport as published in the sport-specific rules section of the platform. In most cases, bets on abandoned matches are voided and stakes returned.
• Live in-play bets are accepted subject to the live market remaining open at the time of placement. Bets placed during a delay or suspended market will not be accepted.
• Accumulator bets require all selections to be correct. If one selection is void, the accumulator is recalculated without that selection. If one selection loses, the entire accumulator loses.

Casino & Games Rules

The following rules apply to all casino products on SVIP Slots including slots, live dealer games, Aviator, and all other casino-format games.

• All casino games on SVIP Slots use certified Random Number Generation (RNG) technology or, in the case of live dealer games, real physical outcomes with independent verification. Results are fair and not influenced by the platform.
• The Return-to-Player (RTP) percentage for each slot or casino game is set by the game provider and is available in the game's information panel. SVIP Slots does not modify individual game RTP rates.
• In the event of a technical failure mid-game — a disconnection during a live dealer hand, a crashed slot spin, or an interrupted Aviator round — SVIP Slots will resolve the round based on the game state at the point of failure. Stakes will be returned if the game state cannot be recovered.
• Progressive jackpot wins are paid in full as displayed at the time of the win. Jackpot amounts may be paid in instalments for very large wins — the specific conditions are stated within the jackpot game's rules.
• Strategies designed to manipulate casino game outcomes, exploit software bugs, or use automated tools to play are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of winnings.

Bonuses & Promotions

SVIP Slots offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions as well as any specific conditions published alongside each individual offer.

• The welcome bonus is available to new players registering their first account on SVIP Slots. It cannot be claimed more than once per person, household, device, or payment method.
• Bonus funds must meet the specified wagering requirement before any portion of the bonus or bonus winnings can be withdrawn. The wagering requirement for each offer is stated clearly in the offer terms at SVIP Slots.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the time period stated for each bonus. Bonus funds that expire before the wagering requirement is met will be forfeited along with any winnings generated from them.
• Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%. Live casino games and sports bets may contribute at a lower rate — the exact contribution rates are stated in the individual offer terms.
• SVIP Slots reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time. Existing players with active bonuses at the time of a change will be notified and allowed to complete wagering under the original terms where this is reasonable.
• Bonus abuse — including but not limited to using multiple accounts, exploiting technical errors to claim bonuses multiple times, or placing bets designed to meet wagering requirements with minimal risk — will result in bonus forfeiture and potential account suspension.

Payments & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on SVIP Slots — deposits, withdrawals, and any bonus-related transfers — are processed exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). There is no currency conversion at any stage.

Accepted Payment Methods

• The minimum deposit is Rs 200. The minimum withdrawal is Rs 500. There is no maximum withdrawal limit for standard verified accounts, though SVIP Slots may request additional verification for very large withdrawal requests.
• Deposits are credited to your SVIP Slots balance immediately upon confirmation from the payment provider. SVIP Slots is not responsible for delays caused by the payment provider's processing times.

Account Suspension & Closure

SVIP Slots reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any of these Terms and Conditions
• Provision of false or misleading information during registration or KYC
• Evidence of bonus abuse, matched betting, or exploiting platform errors
• Suspected or confirmed underage gambling
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe
• Suspicious activity related to money laundering, fraud, or collusion
• At the player's own request for self-exclusion or account closure

If your account is suspended, SVIP Slots will conduct a review and communicate the outcome. Where a suspension is found to have been applied in error, the account will be reinstated and any restricted withdrawals will be processed promptly. Where a suspension results in permanent closure due to a breach of Terms, any bonus funds and their associated winnings will be forfeited. Verified real-money deposits that are not subject to any breach finding will be returned.

Players can request account closure at any time by contacting SVIP Slots customer support. A closure request does not cancel any pending bets — these will be settled in the normal way and the resulting balance will be paid out to your verified payment method.

Limitation of Liability

SVIP Slots provides the platform on an "as available" basis. While every effort is made to ensure continuous, uninterrupted service, SVIP Slots cannot guarantee that the platform will be available at all times, free of errors, or that all bet placements and transaction requests will be processed without delay.

• SVIP Slots is not liable for losses arising from temporary platform outages, data feed errors that are corrected promptly, or force majeure events beyond the platform's control.

Changes to These Terms

SVIP Slots may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time to reflect changes in the platform's features, applicable requirements, or business operations. When material changes are made, registered players will be notified via the contact details on their account — typically by email or an in-platform notification — at least seven days before the changes take effect.

Your continued use of SVIP Slots after the effective date of any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with updated Terms, you have the right to close your account before the new Terms take effect by contacting customer support. Any bets placed or transactions initiated before the effective date of a change will be settled under the Terms that were in effect at that time.
